To learn more about the company please visit candidates may be considered for Compensation Analyst level position.*PurposeCoordinates, tracks, and corresponds on all Compensation Team requests, including direct inquiries, HRIS workflows, and compensation review requests. Enhances department efficiency and improves current practices. Supports the administration of pay structures, policies, programs and practices. Assists with a variety of analytical-based tasks to ensure the compensation practices, strategies, programs, and policiesprocedures are in alignment with the Company compensation philosophy.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the administration of compensation policies and programsResponsible for tracking, logging, and responding to all team emails and requestsCreate documentation and perform initial analysis on all compensation reviews, including job change analysis, internal comparator research, and FLSA classificationSupport compensation team in market research and analysis as directedResearch, audit, and complete all HR Action requests and approvals within HRIS, including requisition, bonus, and profile change requestsProvide guidance and support to managers and Human Resources team in navigating the HRIS system as neededSupport compensation team participation in market surveys as directedTrack and assist with incentive approvals and payoutsProvide requested reports, perform data audits, clean up, and data entry as neededMaintain and enhance team documentation and resources to ensure they are efficient, accessible, and accurateAs directed by Compensation Manager, ensure all compensation programs and practices remain in compliance with federal, state, local lawAssist team with the initial design and content of job descriptions, including creating andor reviewing new and revised job descriptions for contentMaintain job title consistency throughout organization where appropriateCreate and manage position titles and job codes in HRIS systemMaintains an awareness of external trends and best practicesConduct special compensation projects as requestedMay assist with federal and state reportingOther duties as assignedModels company core values Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or relatedMaintain the highest ethical standards in dealing with confidential informationStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent listening, written and verbal communications skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize workloadProficiency in Word and ExcelAbility to work in and maintain a highly functional team environmentPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, business, data analytics or related fieldExperience in compensation analysisExperience with job analysisevaluationExperience in Kronos Workforce Ready HRIS systemAN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER INCLUDING DISABILITY AND VETERANS
