The ProfileB.S. Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Biology, Chemical Engineering or similar1-3 years experience in liquid coatings formulation including product development experience - THIS IS THE CORE REQUIREMENTExperience formulating with biocides very helpful but not requiredPractical understanding of coatings application and testing using ASTM standards, ISO standards, and other standards as necessary.Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable in a paint manufacturing environment with a "Do what it takes" attitude.Resourceful, cheerful, friendly, and collaborative attitude. you're a hands-on doer who likes to do their own work and experiments, not rely on technicians.Local to the Greensboro, NC area or willing to relocate.
