The Bolton Group is engaged with a $1b+ PE-backed global manufacturer to hire a Vice President of Finance. This position will report to the CFO and manage a global corporate finance team. This hire will also be the point-person for communications and deliverables with the PE deal team.Vice PresidentHead of FP&A - Qualifications10+ years of progressive finance experience, with multiple years of team management experienceLife Sciences or manufacturing background highly preferredPrevious experience working in a portfolio companyPE firm relationship very helpfulProven ability to lead from the front and work with C-suite on strategic projectsExcellent communication and presentation skills requiredPrevious M&A experience a plusHybrid schedule - office in the greater New Haven, CT areaCompensation: targeting competitive base, bonus, and significant exit equity
