Ultimate Staffing is seeking a People Manager for a Manager of Blood Drive Event Planning!This position will cover Lexington, Augusta and Savannah - may live in any of those locations.MUST be open to regional travel! This position will require frequent territory visits! Expenses paid.These are Full-Time, Direct Hire positions.Starting salary will be $65-72Kyr - mileage paid!Job DetailsAs the Manager of Blood Drive Event Planning you will manage your assigned division in order to align production opportunities with need to reach organizational goals and efficiencies. You will work with the Account Managers and the Donor Resources Recruiters to supervise the rebooking, planning and logistics of blood drives to facilitate goal-making aligned with inventory and usage projections. You regularly exercise discretion and judgement in performance of duties and evaluates metrics of each reporting staff member and manages appropriately. You will represent the company as a role model that positively reflects the values, ethics, and culture of the organization.
