Our extensive experience includes the successful lining of over 700 million square feet, utilizing a comprehensive range of advanced materials such as HDPE, LLDPE, PVC, Reinforced Plastic Sheeting (RPERPP), Hypalon, and XR-5 liners.Our operations are headquartered in Waukesha, Wisconsin, with installation crews strategically located across the country.Position Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team. The Controller will be accountable for supervising and overseeing all financial operations in our organization to guarantee accuracy, conformity, and effectiveness. This is a senior-level role that necessitates excellent financial expertise, leadership aptitudes, and analytical abilities.Responsibilities:Partner with GSI senior management team to develop and implement a strategic growth strategy.Management of all aspects of Project Accounting and related processes for Liner division:Oversite of all aspects of the general accounting functions including: month & year end closing, general ledger, account reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and CAPEX processing.Review financial data and required financial reports.Oversee the year-end audit and annual fiscal financial review processes.Prepare the Annual Plan and Quarterly Forecasts.Perform credit reviews for new and existing customers, as necessary.Monitor and manage customer payments collections.Calculate and process commission payments.Perform monthly and quarterly reporting to senior management team, as requested.Prepare ad hoc financial analysis, as requested.Maintain a general understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure. This includes the need for new financial accounts and organization codes in the system.Review and ensure proper adherence to all accounting and operational policies and work procedures.Provide leadership to the Finance team.RequirementsB.A. or B.S. in Accounting or Finance5+years in accounting managementExperience with Percentage Completion Project AccountingTechnical knowledge of US GAAP, accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.Demonstrated experience leading multiple direct reports within accounting function.Excellent computer skills in MS Office, Advanced Excel required.Experience managing the financial ERP system, experience with Deltek CostPoint a plus.
