Canon has a full timepermanent opportunity for an Enterprise Operations Manager supporting a national telecommunications company client. We are seeking candidates that are able to serve as a liaison between Canon and our customer while ensuring service levels are being met and productivity levels are being fulfilled.Overview:Responsible for long-term strategical and mid-term operational direction of a large enterprise client account to ensure a high level of operational expertise as well as overseeing customer service and client's satisfaction and to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures that contribute to the accomplishment of financial, material, and human resource objectives.Directs the client's operational needs analysis. Investigates, communicates, and recommends strategic direction and operational improvements for future efficiencies. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree required or equivalent work experienceMinimum 10 years previous related operations experience setting and experience in the reprographicmail industryIdentify operations metrics and measurements, including productivity capacity models, performance measurements, and service standardsDevelops and manages relationships with clients on a day-to-day basis as it relates to the delivery of operations, management, data, or statistical services and products;Seeks out and address client issues to prevent service level deficienciesAdvanced knowledge of mail, copy, fax and binding machineryAs required by account contract, knowledge of industry trends and technological changesAdvanced knowledge of Windows 9598, MS Word, Excel and PowerPointFloor plan and Organization Chart creation ability a plusCommunicate effectively with diverse groups and clientsManage complex projects that impact operations effectively, within time and budgetary constraintsAbility to work varied extended hoursAdvanced ability to execute and deliver the highest quality and productionAdvanced ability to motivate, manage, mentor and train staffAdvanced organizational, administrative, record keeping and time management skillsCreative strategic thinking and performanceExcellent presentation and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of current industry standards in three or more of the following: mail, copy, fax, records, messenger, reception, housekeeping and related servicesStrong team approach to businessExpert in customer service skills, professional attitude and appearancePHYSICAL DEMANDS35% Travel requiredOccasionally lifting andor moving of up to 10 lbs.
