Research Associate II - Lexington, MA MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON A W2Job Title: Research Associate II Job Summary: We are seeking a research associate to provide technical laboratory research effort in support of multiple projects focused on expedited creation and evaluation of in human vitro models and assays. Responsibilities with scientists to conduct lab-based studies to support project effortsPerform tissue culture work with human cell lines to develop and optimize workflows for cell model creation and quality controlproject management efforts in standard operating procedure creation, sharing knowledge and skills, and fostering cross-functional teamworkin effective communication with colleagues within Novo Nordisk.Physical Requirementswith human cell lines, recombinant DNA, and common molecular biology reagents in a laboratory environment that may include hazardous chemicals and blood borne pathogensFunctions may require some morning, evening, or weekend hours outside of standard business hoursQualifications Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience post-degree; relevant experience may be substituted as appropriate.
