Job Description:

Our partner is a leader in the biotech industry and are known for their success and influential contributions made within the community. They are seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for their site in Thousand Oaks, CA!Schedule: Thursday through Saturday, and alternating Wednesdays (6:30PM-7:30AM); training will be Monday through Friday (8AM to 5PM)Pay Rate: $25hr- $29hrResponsibilities: Responsible for the development and finalization of quality systems and safety documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, Change Control Management Systems, Non-Conformance reports, Work Orders, Job Plans, Hazard Risk Assessments, and Job Hazard Assessments.Overseeing various aspects of building, utility, and production systems and equipment, Ensures all tasks are executed safely and efficiently, according to schedules, minimizing workflow of production.Provide training across employees within manufacturing and maintenanceDevelops and reviews and approvals of and maintenance reports, forms, plans and records.and reviews equipment, maintenance and procedures,Reviewing loops sheets, electrical schematics, P&ID's, IO wiring and panel drawings.Requirements:Associate Degree and 4 years of experience, or;High school diploma or GED and 6 years of industry packaging configurations, and interpreting batch records during throughout the manufacturing processes in a GMP setting.Experience in filling and finishing manufacturing processes, with vial inspections from the biotech industry.Proficient knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOPs, and protocols per internal guidelines are met.Ability to perform measurements, calculations, metric system.
