Job Title: Part-Time Administrative AssistantLocation: Philadelphia, PAHours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday (30 hours per week)Pay: $20 per hourPosition Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join the team, The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role will involve a variety of tasks including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with general office duties.Responsibilities:Answer and direct phone calls in a professional mannerGreet and assist visitors to the officeManage incoming and outgoing mail and packagesSchedule appointments and maintain calendarsCreate and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physicalAssist with data entry and record keepingPrepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, and presentationsCoordinate meetings and conferences, including arranging catering and other logisticsPerform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filingAssist with special projects and other duties as assignedRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plusProven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistantProficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to prioritize tasks and work independentlyProfessional demeanor and positive attitudeApply today!
