This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. The ideal candidate will thrive on administrative challenges inherent in supporting National Accounts.Responsibilities include promptly responding to diverse assignments, actively participating in projects from inception to completion, and maintaining a high level of urgency while ensuring meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication and the ability to engage with staff, clients, and external contacts in a fast-paced environment, especially under pressure, are essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate adaptability, proactiveness, resourcefulness, and efficiency in all interactions.ResponsibilitiesServe as direct administrative support for the Director of National Accounts.Assist with day-to-day management and oversight of client needs.Coordinate with Finance team and assist in overseeing account billing and P&L reporting. Oversee AnnualMonthly compliance needs and coordinate with internal teams to receive all the reports necessary to meet deadlines for submitting compliance requests.Act as a client advocate and work with internal departments to ensure client needs are understood and satisfied.Assist National Account Director with development of client presentations and Quarterly Business reviews. Expedites the resolution of client problems and complaints.Work with internal partners such as Operations and Sales, to ensure optimal on-time service.Oversee all contractual timelines and facilitate those with internal teams. Assist with generation of contracts, reviewing redlines and ensuring accurate documentation. Serve as a liaison with project management to maintain project timelines for new construction projects. SkillsExcellent verbal, written and time-management skills.Ability to analyze information and determine appropriate action and to transfer previous learning to current situations.Exceptional communication skills and capable of forging strong, impactful cross-functional relationships.Excellent project management, organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects and meet deadlines.Outstanding attention to detail, flexibility with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Persistence coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment, work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality of shared information andor assignments.Ability to identify potential issues, rectify existing concerns and mitigate obstacles with a heightened sense of urgency.Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships.Ability to clearly follow processes and procedures and make decisions in a timely manner.Proven ability to adapt and be flexible to change.Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams.Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks.Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred. 3-5 years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years previous experience managing large accounts Passion for Travel & Aviation Industry Flexibility to work within Global Time Zones Blend of experience with large organizations as well as a demonstrated ability to operate in a start-up, agile environment.Professional interpersonal communication skills between all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter who works well independently with little direct supervision, while also showing value in teamwork as whole.Ability to work well under pressure with a diverse group of individuals.Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft WindowsYou demonstrate, promote & exemplify the Company's Core Values: T.R.I.P.
