Join a team that values Safety, Servant Leadership, Quality Service, Innovation, Continuous Improvement, Fairness, and Profit with a Purpose.Job Description:Responsible for personal compliance with company policy, safety guidelines and procedures.Collaborate with Maintenance Manager and Logistics to set priorities for department schedules.Prioritize and issue work orders for all maintenance work; keep maintenance backlog at an appropriate level.Attend weekly meetings with Maintenance Manager and department leads.Provide assistance to the Maintenance Manager in monitoring equipment condition, spare parts, and location.Coordinate with other branches on equipment preventative and corrective maintenance needs.Reduce the total cost of maintenance through tracking benchmarks of planned maintenance anize and ensure proper record keeping of planned inspections for equipment.Manage invoice payments including receiving, coding, and processing invoices through company system.Maintain consistent and valuable communication with vendors, customers, and Accounting regarding payment issues.Assist parts specialist with shipping and receiving tools and parts.Performs other duties as assigned.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, Associate degree or technical diploma preferred. Experience in the constructionindustrial maintenance field a plus but not required.Excel in a fast paced, safe, demanding, and professional environment.Must be organized and focused equally on both effectively starting and completing work.Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficient working within MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time and consistent follow through.Ability to demonstrate leadership skills, teamwork, and forward planning.Must be able to pass drug screen and fit for duty pensation and Benefits:Competitive salary.Bonus program that pays for performance.401K contributions matched up to 10% of surance, Paid Time Off and other benefits (details in interview).EOEAA MinorityFemaleDisabilityVeteran
