Ability to effectively present information and respond to the questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally with teams - collaborating with purchasing, quality, manufacturing, production planning & commercial teams to influence desired outcomes in establishing annual standard costs & communicate results.Use data-driven approach to problem-solving and loss identification at the plant.MUST HAVEBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or equivalentExperience as PlantBusiness Controller with progressively increased responsibilities and number of direct reports.Experience in Financial Analysis, Budget & Recurring Reporting, Compliance & Management of FinancialAccounting Systems.Experience in use of SAP in a controlling environment.Strong Excel and Presentation skills.Manufacturing exp.Min 5 years exp.NICE TO HAVEMaster's Degree or MBA.Yellow Belt or Green Belt Certification for WCM.
