*** Active TSSCI with CI Poly Clearance Required ****** Position is contingent upon award ***This position is responsible for supporting the 24-hour management of a physical plant providing continuous power and cooling to data centers and mission operations. Responsible for team of plant operators on a medium-sized and mission-critical operations, maintenance, engineering, procurement, building services, and renovations program.Job Responsibilities: • Direct the operations and maintenance of the site's Conditioned Power Plant (CPP) Manager and all facility equipment supporting critical site operations. • Responsible for notifying Government POCs on facilities significant events.• Leads the certification and training program for the CPP Team• Responsible for the management of Work Orders to include resource management and interfacing with customer representatives.#IntelBasic Job Requirements:• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and eight (8) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twelve (12) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, stateprovince, and federalnational statutes and guidelines • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective mannerOther Job Requirements:• US Citizenship • Active TSSCI with CI Poly ClearancePreferred Qualifications:• 7 or more years of experience directing operations of critical infrastructure in a 247365 environment • Knowledge of process improvement models (e.g., LEANSix Sigma, ISO 9000)• Experience in operations management for large physical plants including 4160KV, 480KV, RUPS (including large installed battery systems), diesel engine generators, chillers, cooling towers, VAV and volume air handlers, fuel storage systems and related equipment in support of a high reliability environment. • Knowledge in MEP concepts of operation, and electrical generation procedures• Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Response Procedures
