The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, overseeing customer relationships, finding and adding new relationships and driving business growth. Day-to-day tasks will include developing strategic account plans, conducting market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.QualificationsProven experience in account management and customer relationship managementStrong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunitiesKnowledge of logistics and supply chain managementAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum two year's previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a must
