An ElectricalElectronics Technician position is available in Mount Vernon, WA courtesy of Akkodis. Range: $32 - $38hourLocation: Mount Vernon, WADuration: 10+ months but with excellent chance of converting to Full TimeDirect HireSalaried positionDuties:Develops testing equipment for Hardware in the loop benches with an emphasis on control systems and components.Fabricates, maintains, and uses a variety of equipment that evaluates the performance of AVP components or systems in the lab.Maintains necessary documentation for harness and box design to ensure knowledge isthroughout the team.Use of electrical test equipment. Documentation using MS Excel and Visio. Requirements:Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles and systems. Knowledge of data acquisition and analysis systems.Ability to work with schematics and manufacturers specifications.Familiarity with automotive serial data networks.Direct knowledge and application usage of common electronic laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal digital power supplies, loads, and data logging equipment.Well-organized and accurate with detailed work.Willingness, flexibility, and initiative to respond to shifting time and project demands.Capable of working individually and in group work assignments.Willingness to work with High Voltage lab equipment.Heavey Duty vehicle andor automotive electrical system familiarity.
