About the jobCatholic Financial Life has an exciting opportunity available for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! This individual will be able to make a positive impact in their community through handling inbound and outbound calls from existing and potential members who are interested in Life Insurance or Annuities. The ideal candidate must be organized, detailed oriented and have a passion to provide superior customer service to Catholic Financial Life members, advisors and Home Office staff.What You'll DoAs an Inside Sales Representative, you will:Identify, initiate and qualify sales leadsRecognize customer needs and potential sales opportunitiesPlan, manage and respond to existing members and other inbound call activityMeet or exceed sales goals while selling an appropriate product mixThe product mix sold reflects both a broad knowledge of the product line as well as successful efforts to educate customers or prospectsMake recommendations of product offerings, cross-sell opportunities and marketing strategiesQualificationsHigh School diploma3+ years of Insurance experience preferred3+ years of Sales experienceLife & Health LicenseBilingual (Spanish and English) preferredClear and concise verbal and written communication skills.Successful candidates will be organized, detail oriented and able to work independently. Candidate must be skilled in effectively prioritizing work. Excellent communication skills are required with the ability to work well in a team environment.
