Must-haves- 2+ years of professional experience in customer service- Excel Experience (vlookups, pivot tables)- Experience managing customer or vendor relationships via phone Plusses - Pharmaceutical or Healthcare background-Bachelor's Degree-Experience w ERP or order processing system (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Day-to-Day Insight Global is looking to hire an Customer Service Specialist for one of our pharmaceutical clients located in Berkeley Heights, NJ. This person will be joining the Trade Operations Group and will be managing and maintaining order fulfillment responsibilities for the client and their customers. They will be supporting end-to-end order management through the use of tools such as: Excel, SAP, & Oracle. The ability to be detail oriented, organized, and analytical will help this person be successful in this role. The primary responsibility of this position is general account management and support for a variety of pharmaceuticalhealthcare customers. Candidate is required to be onsite in hybrid format 4 days a week in Berkeley Heights, NJ.
