A Garden State based firm is looking to expand their Trust and Estates practice with seasoned attorneys. The position offer attorneys to work on complex issues surrounding intergenerational planning.The firm is seeking experienced attorneys who can fit into the practice leaders succession, with a fantastic opportunity to inherit a substantial book of business from New Jersey's most well regarded practitioners.The ideal candidate is an attorney who comes from a large firm, who can come and lead the practice area in years to come.Requirements:6+ years complex trust and estate expereince.Covering matters including estate planning, trust administration and income, gift, estate and generation-skipping tax matters.NJ admission, NY is a plus.Tax experience is heavily prefered.A book of business ($200K min) is prefered.
