Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced licensed therapist to join our team at our Addiction Treatment Center. In this role, you will be delivering direct therapeutic services to clients struggling with substance use disorders as well as providing clinical supervision and leadership to our therapy team. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine your expertise in addiction treatment with your passion for mentorship and professional development.Responsibilities:Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of therapists, counselors, and other clinical staff members. Conduct individual and group supervision sessions to support clinicians in their professional growth, case conceptualization, and clinical decision-making. Offer guidance on evidence-based treatment modalities, ethical considerations, and best practices in addiction counseling.Case Consultation and Review: Review client cases with supervisees to assess treatment progress, identify clinical challenges, and develop effective intervention strategies. Collaborate with therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring alignment with clients' goals, needs, and evidence-based practices.Training and Development: Facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for clinical staff, including workshops, seminars, and in-service trainings on topics relevant to addiction treatment and mental health counseling. Provide guidance on specialized interventions, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques to enhance clinicians' skills and competence.Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality and effectiveness of clinical services provided by the therapy team, conducting regular chart reviews, case audits, and outcome assessments to ensure adherence to treatment protocols, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines. Implement quality improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery and client outcomes.Program Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of addiction treatment programs and services offered by the center. Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to identify emerging trends, gaps in services, and opportunities for innovation in addiction counseling and recovery support.Collaborative Care Coordination: Work closely with other members of the treatment team, including medical providers, case managers, peer support specialists, and external stakeholders, to coordinate integrated care and address clients' multidimensional needs. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, treatment planning conferences, and case conferences to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for clients.Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical supervision sessions, case consultations, and staff training activities. Maintain compliance with organizational policies, state licensing regulations, and accreditation standards related to clinical supervision, documentation, and supervision ratios.Qualifications:Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field from an accredited institution.Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).Certification or additional training in clinical supervision, addiction counseling, or related areas preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to individuals with substance use disorders, preferably in an addiction treatment setting.Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based addiction treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.Strong leadership, mentoring, and clinical supervision skills, with the ability to inspire and empower clinical staff to achieve their full potential.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and engage stakeholders at all mitment to cultural competence, diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical supervision, service delivery, and professional practice.
