Job Description:

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):Manages all Payroll and Human Resources functions and act as liaison between employees and managementMaintains organization staffs by establish a recruiting program: Interviewing candidates, counseling manager on candidate selection, conductinganalyzing exit interviews and recommending changesManage new hire onboarding programPayroll processing on a weekly basis per company standardsHandle all aspects of payroll related tasks such as payroll garnishments, PTO, off-cycle payroll runs, 401k reconciliation, FSA reconciliation, benefit program reconciliationMaintains updated employee information in HRIS system (Paycom)Full circle benefit administration (studying and assessing benefit needs and trends, implementing new plan year roll outs, managing qualifying event data, COBRA administration, etc)Ensures I-9 complianceWorkers Comp administration (policy, rates, renewals and audit reporting) · Responds to all governmental agencies regarding inquiries of employee data (EDD, IRS, FTB etc)Create and updated SOP's for HR and PayrollMaintain employee handbook up to date with any legislative changes and company policy changesEnsure all termination documentation is in compliance as required by labor laws and governing lawsAdvise and counsel managers with disciplinary actionsOversee performance evaluation schedules to ensure all employees are reviewed in a timely mannerAssist with GSO training setup in the US (immigration visas, housing etc) · Coordinate company meeting and eventsProvides excellent customer service to all callers and visitors to facilityManages the annual Performance Appraisal Cycle, Learning & Development and the other full spectrum of HR functionsHandle campus recruitment with Universities, Colleges and other Technical InstitutionsManage a variety of other clerical tasks and assist on special projects as needed Skills:At least 5 years of Manufacturing industry experience requiredProficient verbal and written communication in Spanish requiredStrong Knowledge of HR and more than 8 years of previous experience processing payroll for more than 50 employees is requiredPrevious experience with Paycom, Epicor and various computer software programs is a plus!Proficient verbal and written communication in SpanishStrong Knowledge of HR and Payroll practicesIn-depth knowledge of Federal and local Arizona labor lawsHiring Termination best practices and legal requirementsBenefits administrationPerformance managementMicrosoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and works in minimal supervisionFamiliarity with ATS software'sAbility to adapt and handle a changing work environment while completing essential job duties and functionsAbility to interact professionally with all levels of employeesLeadership: Display initiative by being self-motivated, resourceful and displaying strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues and take actionCollaboration: Work as team player with a friendly attitude, professional demeanor and willing to learngrow in their roleAttention to detail: Display the highest level of attention to detail, timeliness, and professionalismOrganization: Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking ability to shift focus and prioritize deadlines Qualifications:Bachelor DegreeMust be fluent in EnglishSpanish - Bilingual requiredMust have experience processing payroll Benefits:Competitive Salary, 401KEmployer paid Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance for all Full Time employees
