The Law Office of Eric M. Willie P.C. is hiring!Job DescriptionManaging director of small law firm is in need of an Executive Assistant in our southwest Austin office. This position will provide heavy administrative support for the daily operations of the firm, including assisting with calendar management for attorneys, basic client communications, assisting with entering attorney time and invoicing, document management and running errands for the Managing Partner and Managing Director. Previous experience as an executive assistant is preferred.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
