From helping our executive team with scientific and business presentations, scheduling, and administrative tasks to creating a social media and public-relations platform and managing operations or administrative projects, your day will not be dull. Depending on what direction you envision your career taking, you will have the opportunity to work with executive leadership in investor relations, program management, corporate communications, business development, and strategic planning. This role can grow into a chief of staff position and provide a strong foundation in the biotech industry. Ideal position for someone interested in business or graduate school.The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrated success in these responsibilities:Juggling the support of several executives while anticipating needs and jumping in proactively.Planning complex schedules, calendars, Board and SAB meetings and events.Background in organizing electronic files and driving protocols and SOPs.Creating social media campaigns, LinkedIn and X following and updating PR external messaging.Driving administrative processes or projects for finance, HR, and other functions.Building and managing facility operations such as visitors, space utilization and esthetics.Coordinate with IT department on computer equipment, software, and clients service needs.Establish procurement process for supplies and equipment.Creative guru that flourishes working with PowerPoint, social media platforms, and website design.The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:BS or MS degree preferably in a scientific or medical discipline. PhD or advanced degrees would be a plus.Outstanding Microsoft Office skills Including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Calendar, and Google business apps such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive for both the Mac and PC.At least 5 years in a fast-paced organization supporting executives or professors and building administrative operations.Building and managing successful administrative processes and programs while demonstrating strong project and time-management skillsExcellent written, oral, and problem-solving skills developed in a life-sciences company, university, research institute, or venture-capital firm.Lab or scientific work background would be a strong advantage.About UsKojin Therapeutics, Inc. is harnessing groundbreaking discoveries in cell-state and ferroptosis biology to develop first-in-class, oral treatments for use in patients with various forms of cancer, as well as cardiovascular, immunologic, hepatic, and degenerative diseases.
