You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role for the Manufacturing and Installation of Commercial Awnings and Canopies located in Newark, NJ. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of projects, from initial planning to final handoff, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role entails extensive customer communication via email and phone calls, with occasional on-site visits for project inspections. Qualifications5+ years of experience in construction project management, overseeing projects of various sizes and complexity is a plusExcellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively and independentlyStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working with clients, architects, engineers, and contractorsAbility to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environmentsCertifications in Project Management, Construction Management, or related fields are a plusIndustry knowledge and ability to read blueprintsProficient in Microsoft OfficeFluent in Spanish is a plus
