In addition to managing the team and ensuring guest satisfaction, this person will also be expected to perform marketing outreach to gain more business - be it visits to local businesses, residences, hotel concierges, etc. Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive sales growth, increase market share, and enhance profitability.Identify new business opportunities, trends, and market demands to ensure the restaurant remains competitive and at the forefront of the industry.Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation to inspire and motivate the staff to deliver exceptional service.Sales Growth and Business Development: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase repeat business.Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate actions.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships to drive revenue growth.Financial Management: Control costs and expenses while maintaining the highest quality standards in all aspects of operations.Monitor key financial metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.Team Management and Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of front of the house professionals.Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction.Implement performance management processes to recognize top performers, provide coaching and feedback, and address underperformance.Guest Satisfaction and Quality Assurance: Ensure that exceptional service standards are consistently delivered, and guest satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.Monitor and address customer feedback and reviews, taking appropriate actions to resolve any issues and enhance the dining experienceMaintain and enforce high-quality standards for food, beverages, cleanliness, and overall ambiance.
