Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a fashion house to hire a Merchandise Allocator & Analyst for their In-Store Walmart Business.This position is hybrid in Secaucus, NJ. You will be onsite 4 days per week and WFH on Fridays. The pay for this position is $80,000-$85,000.About the jobThe Merchandise Allocator + Analyst for Walmart will provide key data and analytics of performance within product categories across our private label account for the retailer (Walmart). The analyst will be responsible for weekly reporting, weekly allocations, new item allocations, tracking goods in transit, and supporting weekly requests from Walmart.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Liaison between production and logistics teams to determine location status and arrival timing of goods in transit to the company warehouseAssist with new item setup process.Review weekly allocation orders to ensure orders are filling back to sales.Write new item orders and track them to ensure they arrive at retailer on time.Work with retailer Replenishment Manager to manage retailer store level inventory, turning off low volume doors when needed, write SSOs to top doors, and submit weekly cancels.Monitor inventory levels and review for re-orders for basic itemsWeekly sales reporting of current business performance, both stores and e-commerceQuickly fulfill ad hoc requests from the customerWork closely with the VP of Planning to ensure all opportunities and liabilities are addressed.Serve as support for reporting, including weekly top-line selling pile stylecolorsize-level selling data for use in merchandising and inventory planning exercises.Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, establish action plans, and maintain high in stocks.Partner with other functional areas such as the Warehouse and Information Technology teams on processes, systems, and reporting as requiredWork with retailer buyers and planners to ensure orders are dropped in the retailer system and PO's receivedScorecard monitor and update on performanceReview future OTIF charges, and re-submit cancelations if needed.Replenishment order accuracy ensure goods pointing to the correct warehouse; monitor on-time shipping and incoming WIP ETAs; partner with warehouse teams on PO status & and communicate to WalmartQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:Bachelor's degree in a related fieldPrevious experience in merchandise planning or supply chainlogisticsRetail Math proficiencyMust be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, ExcelTeam player and problem solver in a demanding deadline-driven environmentMotivated, proactive, and highly organizedStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to reach supported conclusions and make robust recommendationsBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401k plan.
