Job Title: Procurement Analyst 1Location- Seattle, WA (Tuesday-Thursday onsite in Seattle) Duration: 12 Months, (Possible extension) Interview Information: Interviewing ASAPThe candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by Boeing Security. Suppliers, refer to your Supplier Guide for information on this requirement. General InformationAssists in the development and deployment of internalexternal process improvements, organization initiatives and projectsprocurement activities. Assists with the maintenance of processes and systems. Utilizes procurementplanning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis. Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis. Day to day:Process in SAP the fulfillment of open purchase orders and coordinates with suppliers, internal stakeholders and customers for recovery schedules and improvements to meet demand requirements. Input data, run queries, perform all updates in SAP. Utilizes procurementplanning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis. Communicates with procurement agents, managers, internal customers, and outside suppliers to identify and resolve issues associated with the procurement cycle. Primary support to SBM Must Haves:1. SAP experience2. Microsoft Office Suit experience3. Data analysis experience Education Experience: prefer College degree, experience with MRP and finance systems
