Our Client, A Innovative Health Care Company dedicated to providing versatile medical solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to join their team in Boston MA!ONSITE IN BOSTON MA 5x A WEEK (Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm)This is a 3 Month W2 Contract to Hire position!You will represent the face of the client and help their customers enhance productivity of their laboratory processes by delivering effective customer support.Responsibilities: Provide troubleshooting, repair, and qualification services for customers including warranty servicesEnhance product quality by proactively reporting improvement opportunitiesInstall, maintain, validate, and repair Waters Mass Spec, Waters UPLC , and Agilent HPLC instrumentation within customer deptMaintain assigned assets including tools, test equipment (MTE), telecommunication equipment, assigned service parts inventoryProactively develop technical and soft skills to maintain and enhance valueRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred5+ years of direct experience with repair of laboratory equipmentExperience with Waters LCMS or Agilent LCMSMass Spectrometry Experience ServiceMax Experience
