Job Description:

I am looking for a Staff Attorney for a Chapter 13 trustee's office. You will be one of two staff attorneys in the office and will work under the supervision of the Chapter 13 trustee, who is also an attorney.Responsibilities1.      Conducts 341(a) meetings of creditors.2.      Attends and represents the Chapter 13 Trustee in Court hearings.3.      Responds to calls and correspondence.4.      Drafts legal documents, pleadings, and briefs.5.      Review modifications and court orders6.      Travels to Athens Georgia, must have a valid driver's license.7.      Extensive familiarity with use of technology and Microsoft office.Qualifications A degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in State of Georgia are mandatory.Prior Bankruptcy experience or completion of a law school class in bankruptcy is preferred.
