The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.ResponsibilitiesWork with sales teams to recolor bestselling jewelry and hair accessoriesDevelop kitsch holiday hair assortments for our biggest customerDevelop novelty and regular carding and labels for our product based on the customers' needs and requirementsDevelop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by handUse the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphicAmend designs after feedbackEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandSkillsProven graphic designing experience (box design a plus)A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphicsFamiliarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)A keen eye for aesthetics and detailsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesDegree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plusDigital Portfolio demonstrating digital illustrations and editing skillsFamiliarity with creating Repeating PatternsFamiliarity with designing product PackagingFamiliarity with creating CADs, technical product illustrations with annotationsExperience: 1-2 years as an In-house Graphic Designer preferredJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planWork Location: In person
