We are hiring a remote Research Grants Payment Collector to work for an oncology research institute in California. If you're looking to grow your career in a community-based company apply below!Ensure that SponsorCRO is providing payment per the terms in the clinical trial agreementsGenerate accurate and timely invoices for sponsors based on contractual agreementsUtilize systems and data to track achievement of clinical trial activities (visits, procedures, invoiceables items, etc)Perform reconciliations of contractual activities against payments received to date to confirm outstanding balancesTrack Sponsor and CRO transactions, compare SponsorCRO budget against invoices created in the system and reconcile SponsorCRO trackers against AR aging reportsCommunicate with Sponsors and CROs to follow up on overdue payments, resolve billing disputes, and provide payment remindersReview and analyze billing discrepancies, resolve issues, and implement preventive measures for future occurrencesAssist in the development and improvement of billing processes and systems to streamline operationsIdentify and escalate potential collection issues to management, recommending appropriate actions to mitigate riskMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of collections activities, customer interactions, and payment statusesIF YOU HAVE:2 years working in collections for pharmaceuticalsFirm understanding of clinical trial agreements and budgetsBasic understanding of clinical trial protocols (eligibility criteria, study design, investigational products, SOPs, etc)Experience with clinical trial tracking and invoicing systems (Excel, CRIO, Quickbooks, etc)Bachelors degreeTHINK ABOUT IT...• Get an amazing opportunity to grow in a remote environment.• Working on a research team that positively impacts lives of the under-served communities of California.• Have team members who are driven and passionate about furthering research.
