Job Description:

In this role, you will market Church Paper Inc. as the premier printing paper supplier to churches, schools, restaurants, printing companies, and corporate clients nationwide. Responsibilities include developing and executing all company marketing including a modern e-commerce website, email marketing, print pieces, and social media. You will work directly with the Owner to plan strategy.Part time and full time applicants will be considered. Pay range depending experience and hours worked $30,160-$67,600 per year.Responsibilities:Gain understanding of what Church Paper Inc. can provide to customers both now and in the future to drive salesCreate, execute and maintain content on our e-commerce website to include: landing pages, product pages, blog (including blog tools), Woo Commerce & Wordpress backend, analyzing order and site data, search plugin, and overseeing site email automation for notifications and reviewsWork closely with our outside website developer team to improve the customer experienceReview SEOPPC metrics with our SEO and PPC outside consultants and implement strategies to drive qualified buyers to the site to increase salesDesign and execute appealing email templates and regular or automated drip campaigns with tools like Campaign Monitor or ZoomInfo which include subscriber lists and segmentsCreate and schedule engaging posts and stories on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedinDesign and work with printers to create printed advertising pieces to promote our productsProvide customer service by interacting with customers by phone or email while using customer database softwareManage customer promotional products orders including all art and designWe are seeking a motivated individual with the following characteristics3+ years proven experience in marketing, sales, advertising, customer serviceBachelors degree in related field preferredProven experience with web and print content creation, e-commerce preferredSkillful with Adobe Creative Cloud especially InDesign, Illustrator & PhotoshopProficient with Word, Excel, email marketing platforms, Wordpress, Woo Commerce, additional apps as neededTechnical knowledge of trends and apps available to drive a positive customer experience online and therefore increase salesAbility to work independently creating and executing marketing tasksAbility to competently work with customers, vendors and other employees to make a business successfulProfessional communication and organization skillsDriven personality that strives for successBenefitsWorking with Friendly PeopleFlexible Work ScheduleWeekly PayHealth Insurance - Full TimePaid Time OffPaid Holidays
