Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Advanced Practice NurseCertified Midwife Pre-Natal Clinic Denville NJ. The APNCertified Midwife functions as a liaison for the clinic; interfacing with patient, family, physicians, and other ancillary departments while providing oversight for the patient. This includes the initial intake, social service assessment, physical assessment, review of lab and diagnostics, nutritional assessment, education, genetic screening, education, plan of care, financial assistance and all prenatal and follow up visits. The person will facilitate patient navigation through all phases of the pregnancy working with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure excellence in clinical outcomes, quality of care, and patient safety. Heshe will cultivate relationships and acts as a liaison between the physician, nursing, ancillary staff, patients, and their families to promote customer satisfaction.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Current and Valid Advanced Practice RN NJ License2. Current and Valid Certified Nurse Midwife Certification3. BLS upon hire and maintained current.4. Two years' experience as an ANP preferred.5. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Maternal Child Health6. Prenatal Clinic experience preferred.7.
