In the case of conflict between the information listed and the official plan documents, the plan documents will always govern.As the Store Manager, you will be leading and supervising the staff and day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales goals. If you're a hands-on Store Manger that has some automotive care experience and seeking a new challenge or if you've been an experienced Assistant Manager looking for the next level opportunity, this is the position for you.Key Job Responsibilities:Provides ongoing customer service by addressing all questions or concerns regarding accounts, products, and services, both in-person and over the phone.Performs andor supervises employees engaged in taking of and controlling inventories, reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping operating records, or preparing daily records of transactions.Ensures compliance of employees with established security, sales, and record keeping procedures and practices.Conducts regular meetings with staff to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.Understands and utilizes systems and processes with multiple computer programs including CRM and Point of Sales system.Manually or mechanically transports materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.Retrieves merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations, as well as place special orders.Occasionally install vehicle batteries.Occasionally loads vehicle for delivery and drives a vehicle to deliver items to customer.Occasionally fabricates customer batteries and power supplies from stock components.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Key Performance Measurements:A score card that reflects performance in areas such as Days Sales Outstanding, Accounts Receivable Turnover, Collection of delinquent accounts, customer satisfaction, cash receipt trending, and issue resolution.Resolving client-billing problems.Management observation regarding attitude, diligence, team contributions, and willingness & ability to learn new skills and information. Other key metrics prescribed by Concentric Finance & Accounting leadership, resulting in positive customer and Company impact.Requirements Must be able to pass a drug screenHigh School or GED Diploma required. Prefer an Associate Degree from an approved two-year college or university or very strong equivalent experience.Minimum of two years of managerial experience in a customer service environment.Experience performing automotive services highly desirable. Will also consider amateur mechanics.Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling environment is desirable but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs, and across remote offices.Ability to clearly articulate ideas (both written and verbal) to both internal and external customers and to listen effectively to customer needs.Ability to develop and maintain strong workplace relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.Ability to work collaboratively with other departments toward the greater good of the organization.Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.Ability to perform work on weekends and evenings as needed to meet applicable deadlines.Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.Capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently with a sense of urgency.This position requires the ability to lift 60lbs on a regular basis using the proper procedures andor equipment.Must have a valid driver's license, CDL a plus but not required.Must have a clear driving record.*This job description is subject to change at any time.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
