LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a midsize firm in Boston, MA on an UNPOSTED search for a Tax and Business Planning Attorney to join its corporate department. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience providing tax and planning advice to business clients, including corporate, real estate, and non-profit clients. In this role, you will provide tax planning advice on a range of matters involving joint ventures, LLC and partnership taxation, private placements, merger, and sale transactions.Requirements:JD required Admitted to Massachusetts (or eligible to be)5+ years of relevant experience Experience with tax planning for corporate and real estate transactions This is a great opportunity for a senior associatepartner level attorney who is ready to be the "go-to" person on all tax related matters for the corporate team.
