Job Description:Required Skills:ProficientAdvanced knowledge with security concepts.Ability to automate daily tasks with Power Platform.Power BI Tableau RStudio administrationExperience with O365 and running Hybrid Exchange.Active Directory experienceDescription:The Sr. Collaboration Tech Admin will play a major role within the Collaboration Technology team as we enable Independence Blue Cross to be the best it can be. Key responsibilities will be maintaining and working on next generation of collaboration tools including Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau and RStudio. This entails basic systems administration, operational support, and problem resolution as Tier 3 support. This position will help develop, communicate, and monitor the operational standards and procedures for Collaboration systems and will assist in monitoring of system performance and capacity.Job Responsibilities:Work within a cross functional team to envision and support current and future Collaboration Systems and components.Maintain and implement systems with both an end user enablement and security focus.Monitors system performance and capacityResponsible for software updates, maintenance and support and related documentationCoordinates basic user administrationJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science related discipline preferredAt least (4), typically six or more years of experience in Collaboration operations and administrationRequires extensive knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Automation.Experience in supporting or implementing Office 365, or cloud technology.Excellent documentation and presentation skillsSelf-Motivated, Innovative and a Team Player
