So we're looking to team up with people who are wildly passionate about making an impact and be part of a dynamic team, in a workplace with no corporate BS (yes, you read that right!).The roleLocated in the heart of Manhattan's shopping scene in SoHo, you will play an important role in the building of our retail business unit and representing our brand to the masses. You will champion the expansion of Love, Bonito into a brand new market! Reporting to the Store Lead, you will be integral to the success of Love, Bonito especially as we go into hyper growth over the next few years!Your main role is to be an ambassador of Love, Bonito brand educating our guests, and maintaining the best customer experience on the sales floor. Through our guest interactions, we aim to empower women to gain confidence through styling and clothing. At Love, Bonito, we put the LB woman at the heart of everything we do.The locationOur very first store in the United States is located in SoHo, at 465 Broadway New York, New York 10013. Not only is the location convenient and in one of Manhattan's most prominent shopping districts, but it is also very safe. We strive to make sure all of our employees feel comfortable and safe both at work and on their commute. Come check us out!Main ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the day-to-day retail operations & work with the store manager to promote salesCashier duties include processing payments, exchanges and returnsProvide a seamless shopping experience for customers Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment in the storeCommunicate to customers about on-going promotions & offersBe a customer experience champion, providing guests with fashionable advise suited to their needsBe a team player, supporting the company culture and aligning with Love, Bonito company valuesPerforming store opening and closing procedures when requiredRequirementsA people-person!
