Job Description:

Responsibilities:â— Conduct 2 site visits on a monthly basis to provide strength-based practice-basedcoaching to affiliated providers.â— Provide guidance to all affiliated providers in how to implement the Creative Curriculumfor mixed age group settings that meet the individual needs of all children.â— Conduct Screenings based on child's age and need. Keep score in Screening Trackingâ— Track Screening for each child enrolled.â— Review and adapt appropriate curriculum support and documents with affiliatedproviders that foster hands-on developmentally appropriate and relationship-basedinteractions with all children.â— Assist providers with Curriculum implementation, gathering observations, imputing datainto Teaching Strategies Gold and Child Plus (as needed) .â— Support providers with weekly lesson plans, Parent- Teacher Conferences (3 times ayear)â— Document all Coaching sessions aligned with DOE's Early Childhood Framework forQuality (EFQ)â— Keep track of all observations, checkpoints and conferences,â— Assist on ongoing outreach, enrollment and administrative tasks (Provider's Payments,Parent's Payments, Application, Recertification, Intakes ect.â— Add all visits to Child Plus Notes.â— Organize and Coordinate with Education Director and or Family Child Care NetworkDirector all required Professional Learning Days.â— Makes referral as neededâ— Maintain relationships with Community partners who provider Mental Health, Specialneeds, and other support.â— Build Relationship and sign Partnership with Community Partners.â— Participate in all FCCN PL days.â— Participate in weekly staff meeting, Providers Professional Learning Days and StaffProfessional Learning Days.â— Organize, support, coordinate and run Professional Learning Days.â— Any other task as assigned by Family Child Care Director.Job Descriptionâ— Willingness to travel within FCC Network catchment area,â— Time Management skills essentialâ— Ability to multitaskâ— Must be a team player
