Graphic DesignerKeadjian Associates, a leading strategic communications and management consulting firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to begin work immediately. The ideal candidate has prior experience in graphic design at a communications agency and possesses exceptional skills in time management and design (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). We offer the flexibility to work primarily from home, contingent on business and client needs. Two days a month, employees who live in the Bay Area meet in-person to work with our teams at our Walnut Creek office. If business needs warrant, we forecast our team may potentially convene one day a week for team building, training, mentoring and more. Additionally, from time to time, travel may be required to participate in client meetings or events, and to attend team building, training and mentoring events.Responsibilities:Design and produce high quality collateral in print and electronic formats including but not limited to: brochures, fact sheets, newsletters, posters, letters, leadership messages, reports, infographics, executive presentations, logos, websites and social media posts.Work with the project manager and team to ensure information and design accurately represent the client needs.Bring innovative perspectives to design and content creation.Ensure quality and consistency of materials by designing and editing them in line with branding standards.Facilitate print production by preparing print files, proofing, and coordinating logistics with vendors including cost quotes.Systematically manage deliverables trackers to ensure the timely completion of tasks under tight deadlines.Provide additional support for team members on projects, as required.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in the designgraphic arts field or equivalent experience.1-3 years of experience in graphic design (experience at a public relations or public affairs agency or in a similar in-house position preferred).Working knowledge of Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PowerBI).Strong design skills and understanding of key design principles.Ability to balance independent work with effective collaboration as a team player.Ability to work well under pressure, balance multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Strong project management and time management skills.Experience designing webpages and social media posts preferred.Expected Salary: In addition to industry leading benefits including end of year profit sharing and performance bonus program for eligible employees, the annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 (approximately $31 to $36 per hour). Starting salary will be based on a number of factors, including years of experience, type of relevant experience, education and more.Additional Benefits and Compensation: Keadjian Associates has a discretionary bonus program for eligible employees. Bonuses are awarded based on performance and contributions, in the Company's sole discretion. In addition, the Company has a 401(k) Program that, when eligible, will contribute a percentage of the employee's annual total compensation to their plan. Lastly, the Company has group health, dental and vision insurance coverage for its eligible employees, and the Company pays one hundred percent (100%) of its employee's premiums for the offered medical benefit plans.
