The Customer Account Specialist relies on experience and judgment to productively serve the customer and be a cross-functional business partner to Sales, Inventory, and Accounting teams. This position requires being onsite Mon - Fri at our Westminster, CO office.Responsibilities:Enter and maintain orders and quotes.Respond to Customer Service calls.Answers customer inquiries.Enters sample requests.Checks status of items on backorder through the system.Contacts customers with status of backorders.Processes MSDS, literature and other customer requests.Oversee and updates special pricing in system.Enters and track all repair and rental orders.Expedite orders as requested.Enters new customer data in the computer system.Works with other departments to assist in generating the best customer experience.Deliver exceptional customer service to the customers by responding to each request in a timely and courteous manner.Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional business.Present a positive image of Krayden, Inc. by maintaining procedures.Performs other duties as assigned related to Customer Service.Perform duties to ASISO procedures and regulation standardsspecifications.Qualifications:High School degree requiredMinimum of 1-year prior telephone experience; Industry experience a plus+.Strong PC and computer software experienceExperience working Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM SoftwareExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Exceptional listening and probing skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environmentBilingual (SpanishEnglish) is a nice to haveBenefits:Krayden offers a competitive employee-focused benefits package which includes Medical, Dental, Vision Care & Life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), HRA's, 401(K) Retirement Plan, tuition reimbursement & much more.
