The AE knows the property management space, can leverage relationships, and is passionate about SAAS products. The AE will be comfortable in a fast-paced technology-driven environment and articulating our value proposition to Brokers, Owner-Operators, and Property Managers.Key Job ResponsibilitiesSell into the mid-market territory of property management companies with 50 to 3000 doors in the Georgia marketSource new potential Property Management Company clients from strategic outbound prospectingCall and close 50 - 75% of inbound sales leads and outside sourced leadsDevelop and implement effective sales strategiesManage and forecast client pipelineEstablish and maintain solid relationships with decision makers on client accountsAccurately articulate the Second Nature value proposition to Brokers, Owner-Operators and Property Management decision makersProvide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needsPartner with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistencyDocument all transactions in SalesforceMonitor and analyze customer performance metrics and suggest improvementsNetwork and build rapport with other vendors and property managersMeet regional sales quotasAttend weekly team trainingsBe open & available to travel monthly or bimonthly to trade showsclientsPreferred RequirementsLive in or near Atlanta, GAEstablished high performer with proven sales record2-3 years of selling into the rental housing industry (single family and Tech sales experience preferred)Self-motivated, intentional, confidence to close deals, generate prospects, and build long-term rapport with clientsConsultative approach to selling, gifted at asking the right questions, and identifying prospect buying motivesFlexibility and willingness to tackle new challenges and learn new productsExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM and ExcelExtremely organized, attention to detailPersistent and tenaciousCompetitiveness and desire to winCoachable personalityWe get it.
