Job Description:

The General Manager of Erie Home's Basement Waterproofing Division is a key, hands-on leadership role. The role will be responsible for all aspects of the rapidly growing business unit with operations across several states. This role is accountable for financial performance, quality assurance, safety, compliance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Operate a healthy organization with an intense focus on both customer and employee satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the basement waterproofing division.Provide visionary leadership to ensure the division's objectives align with overall company goals.Lead the sales and operations leadership teams of the business unit, ensuring cross-functional alignment to deliver results. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.Create and execute scalable, repeatable, and measurable processes. Define optimal performance metrics and performance management programs required to ensure sales and operations organization success. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the basement waterproofing division.Uphold and enforce rigorous quality control standards to ensure the delivery of the highest quality waterproofing systems.Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to stay at the forefront of basement waterproofing technologies.Qualifications:Proven experience of 10+ years in a leadership role within the home services, construction or waterproofing industry.Demonstrated experience managing a full P&L and driving financial performance. Experience leading multiple locations and new office expansion. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and quality assurance.Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).A natural ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams.Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong knowledge and ease in understanding Salesforce, Office 365 and Business Intelligence Systems.
