You will be responsible for ensuring clinical excellence through developing, implementing and monitoring clinical quality.ResponsibilitiesHires and partners with other leaders to train new therapists, dietitians and nurses, collaborating with andor referring to specialist in the given discipline for guidanceCoordinates admissions into the Program and oversees integration into the therapeutic communityGuarantees the treatment program operates optimally through tasks that ensure that client paperwork, including intake reports, clients files, progress reports, and treatment plans are up to date and in compliance with regulatory standardsServes as a liaison between the treatment programs and collaborates with other entities in the community that are significant and influential in the clients' lives, such as families and referral sourcesWorks with the lead nurse and nursing staff to facilitate appropriate medical careSupervises, or where appropriate supports clinical leads during weekly treatment team meetings and ensures consistent and effective communication among the team members, proper oversight of client development and progressPartners with appropriate leaders to develop, coordinate and deliver in-services, education sessions, presentations and training to clients, families, staff and other caregiversCollaborates with local outreach representative to creatively engage referral sources on monthly basisPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsMaster's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or other relevant health related discipline.3+ years of progressively responsible experience in leadership role2+ years recent related experience working with eating disordered clients or an equivalent combination of education, training and experienceExperience in partnering with an executive teamLicense Required: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW) Psy.D or Ph.D as a Clinical Counselor or Registered as a Dietitian in the state the position is located.
