This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing processproduction support and manufacturing operations background. Experience leading time studies experience is highly desired! Lead manufacturing-related projectsLead operations improvement - ergonomic & human factor, operations plans, recovery planning, capacity planning and capital planningProvide production support - scheduling, theory of constraint, budget & forecast, crew empowerment, defect analysis, core competency definition, makebuy evaluation, benchmarking analysisIdentify and prioritize process improvement project - lean manufacturing, engineering economic analysis, process mapping, root cause analysis, statistical methods, six sigma and time studiesFacilitate system integration - Value Stream Analysis, Facility Layouts, Production Systems Design, Manufacturing Process Design, Systems Thinking, Facilities Planning, and RequirementsEssential Qualifications: BS in Operations Research, Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering 2+ years of experience working directly with manufacturing in a production environment Demonstrated ability in manufacturing andor facilities planning Factory flow, process modeling and simulations experience Experience leading continuous improvement and value stream mapping events Strong analytic skill set and a high degree of proficiency in data mining Exceptional with Excel and manual data analysis Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills Self-Starter Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusionWHY AVERRO?Averro is a Veteran-Owned organization dedicated to delivering innovative talent solutions, business consulting and technology services that propel businesses and careers forward.
