Job Description:

We are seeking a Packaging Machine Lead to join our team in Montgomery, IL. You will operate and repair a variety of machines and packaging equipment. This is a great direct hire opportunity with full benefits!Pay: $33 - $34 per hourShifts: 2nd shift - 4:00 pm to 12:00 am, 3rd shift - 12:00 am to 8:00 amResponsibilities:Operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instrumentsTroubleshoot, set up and repair electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical packaging systems and equipment.Modify parts and materials to improve overall productionTest completed equipment to detect and remove defectsPerform routine maintenance on machineryCalculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instruments"‹Qualifications:Previous experience in packaging machinery or other related fieldsUse CMMS, Computerized Maintenance Management SystemsFamiliarity machine tools and equipmentStrong analytical and mathematical skillsStrong attention to detailABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNELDo you need your next job fast?
