This role can be remote or hybrid in Wakefield, MA or Troy, MI.The Purpose of Your Role:This new position offers a highly motivated individual the opportunity to learn the retirement plan service and sales support roles and be a critical contributor in servicing our financial advisor partners and external retirement plan wholesale sales team.Filling this critical role is an integral part of Retirement Plan Services growth plan. The successful candidate is expected to provide service excellence with every interaction on a daily basis.What you'll bring to Sentinel:Relationship Management:Candidates should excel in building and maintaining strong relationships with our external advisor partners and internal wholesale sales team. Effective communication skills, empathy, and the ability to understand clients' unique needs are crucial for success in this role.Data Analysis and Decision Support:Given the complexity of retirement plan design and pricing, candidates should be proficient in data analysis and able to interpret and present complex information in a clear and actionable manner.What you'll be responsible for:Review investment availability on different platforms.Prepare mutual fund share-class comparison report. Periodic review and control (QC) of model rebalancing and other automated STP jobsPeriodically provide fee reports to advisors Contact Management maintenancePeriodically upload advisor's factsheets and deliverables to our Website Review Quarterly Investment Files to ensure fund balances are accurateSend Quarterly invoice file for processing, notify advisor when ACH has been releasedProcess individual advisory invoicesRecurring Advisory Fee payments set up Process fund changes and ensure necessary documentation is completeCollaborate with team members on various projectsInteractsupport advisor partner relationshipsSupport external wholesale sales teamAbout you:We are looking for innovative thinkers to drive our business and clients forward - someone with customer focus, drive, determination, and the strength of character to challenge the status quo.
