Day to day:This candidate will primarily be working WEEKDAY shifts, but schedule flexibility is a must.Candidate will be leading a team of 11-21 production associates day-to-day.Candidate will almost entirely be working on the bakery production floor - this is not a deskoffice role.Candidate experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics is a CRITICAL.MDLZ is looking to convert high-performing candidates at the conclusion of this assignment.
