Job description:As an Account Manager at NewCruit, you will be responsible for pursuing and building new business opportunities while expanding current client relationships within the Tech Staffing industry.Markets: Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Finance, Banking, Healthcare, Software, Insurance and Defense IndustriesLocation: Downtown BostonResponsibilities:• Develop sales opportunities by identifying engineering managers at companies across various industries that utilize technical consultant services.• Identify job openings and qualify listings with client hiring managers, partnering with them to make more educated hiring decisions.• Leverage real time market intelligence from our consulting network.• Drive high volume of outbound marketing efforts (cold calls, email, LinkedIn messaging, text, etc.) to develop new business opportunities.• Work with client hiring managers to influence, define and establish efficient hiring processes (negotiate rates, assignment duration, payment terms, etc.) • Effectively collaborate with internal recruiting team to support talent on demand model.• Meet or exceed production and top line revenue goals.• Develop and maintain long term client relationships.Requirements• Bachelor's degree• 12+ months of account management experience in the Tech Staffing Industry.• Strong phone, presentation and problem solving skills.• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.• Self-motivated and coachable.• Seeking professional pensation• Base Salary (based on experience) plus uncapped commission plan• Quarterly Sales IncentivesBenefits:• Dental Insurance• Disability Insurance• Health Insurance• Life Insurance• Paid Time Off• Parental Leave• Retirement Plan• Vision InsuranceSchedule:• Day shift• Monday to FridayEmployment TypeFull-time
