We offer an exciting Structural Internship opportunity in our Portland, Oregon office. As a result, your projects are brought in on time, on budget, and are engineered to the highest standards in design, durability, safety, and aesthetic value.Responsibilities:Under the direction of the Intern Manager, assits with structural design, sketches, computer modeling, and similar technical work for bridge replacement and rehabilitation projectsAbility to read and develop contract plans, special provisions, and engineer's estimatesAttend Lunch n' Learns with other interns and engineers at H&HAttend at least one site visitRequirementsRising college senior or graduate studentAttention to detailMust possess strong problem-solving and communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office basic appsHighly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and committmentWork in-office Monday-Friday, work hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:15 p.mBenefits$24hr with Holiday Pay.
