Job Description:

We are searching for a Lead Teacher to join our 3 to 5-year-old preschool program! The ideal candidate will have a passion for early education, excellent classroom management skills, will build relationships and communicate effectively with parents, will collaborate well with other teachers, and will be willing to grow as an educator within our program.We believe in having a child-centered, teacher supported curriculum inspired by renowned educational theory, including Reggio Emilia, Montessori, Piaget, and the Project Approach. Our center utilizes Teaching StrategiesCreative Curriculum® as part of our curriculum resources as we create lessons and learning opportunities based on children's emerging interests. We believe that a child's early learning experiences are strengthened with engagement through play, culture, and independence.
