Additionally, an ideal candidate should be clinically motivated, think of all aspects of each patient's needs, be transparent, driven, and act with integrity, precision, and proactive.This is a immunizationclinical focused role, in which the pharmacist will emphasize travel, refinement and CDTA development, and clinical roles that provide direct care to patients. Also, refinement and modification of policies and procedures with the changing laws.Description of what we are looking for:Must provide vaccinations to the community.Please let us know in advance if you are going to refusedecline certain responsibilities or duties at any point of employment.A motivated Pharmacist with excellent clinical knowledge, compassion, exceptional patient interactions, precision, accountability, efficiency, caring, reliability, and trustworthiness. A great team player. Experience with Pioneer is a plus.Knowledge of how to or willingness to develop and provide internal support of CDTAs and policy & procedures.Assist with quality improvement programs, compliance, leadership, reporting, developing and improving CDTAs, and policies and procedures.A person committed to building the business, following up with insurance reimbursements, and improving processes.Schedule:Regular and, or flexible work days. Also, extended days for vacation coverage.Shifts include 4, 8, and 10 hours.Requirements include:Current, unrestricted WA Pharmacist LicenseCertified immunizer (or willing to become certified to immunize and provide vaccinations). Opiate overdose and naloxone trainer. proactive and flexible in developing CDTAs, open to compounding POC testing.CPR certified.Exceptional patient and community care emphasis. Must be service oriented. Community outreach is part of the role, including medication on demand (in-home medication reviews and vaccinations), and leading vaccination outreach events, etc.Must pass drug test & random drug tests throughout employmentIndependently motivated in work, organized, motivated to grow the business, realize the position requires creating enough income to support the activities, actions, and decisions made in their role.Must be business minded and emphasize proper reimbursement & follow-up.A Pharmacist who seeks solutions as soon they encounter issues, exemplifies internal motivation, and realizes their input and ideas are valuable and will be openly received and appreciated.Act as a leader and manager of staff.Vaccination is required.Reference check from 3 non-personal, pharmacy supervisor references (local)Background checkHave healthcare liability insurance, is bondableAbility to work in a fast-paced environment & also stay busy during down-timeMaintain confidentialityAccuracyattention to detail is absolutely essential with 100% accuracy as the goalAbility to work within set time framesAbility to organizeprioritize tasksprojectscommunity outreach, at home MTMs & immunizations, promoting the business in the community.A team player who is kind to coworkers and patientsAbout Us:We are a long time, independent, community pharmacy in the heart of Tacoma.
